Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
For all the info you need to know on bandana sizing, please refer to our sizing chart included in the photos of each listing.
If you receive your bandana and decide you want a different size, I offer a 25% discount on the purchase of a new bandana. The 75% we keep pays for the time and supply costs spent making the first bandana.
As stated above, we charge for resizing if the original size you provided was incorrect. If we made an error in sizing (e.g. you ordered a small and we sent a different size) we will resize for free and send you a new bandana free of charge.
Missing Items
Please double check your shipping address prior to placing an order. Packages that are sent to an outdated address that the buyer provided are not considered lost.
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me.
