1. Is this a physical product?
No. Our listings are digital products unless otherwise stated. No physical item will be shipped. Please review the listing description carefully to see exactly what files are included with your purchase.
2. How do I download my files?
For instant-download items, your files will be available through your Etsy account after payment is confirmed. Go to your Purchases & Reviews page and select the download option for your order. If you have any trouble accessing your files, please send us a message.
3. How do custom or made-to-order designs work?
For custom or made-to-order designs, please provide all requested names, dates, wording, photos, or other personalization details when ordering. We’ll create your design based on the information you provide. If we need clarification or approval, we’ll contact you through Etsy Messages.
4. Can I request changes to my custom design?
Yes! Reasonable adjustments can usually be made before the final file is completed. Please review any preview or proof carefully and send your requested changes as clearly as possible. Major design changes or requests outside the original order may require an additional fee.
5. When will you reply to my message?
Our customer support hours are Monday–Friday, and we usually respond within 24 hours on business days. We take a short break on Saturdays and Sundays, so messages received over the weekend will be answered as soon as possible on the next business day.
6. Can I cancel, return, or exchange a digital order?
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited once files have been downloaded or custom work has begun. However, if there is a problem with your file or we made an error with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?
Usage terms may vary depending on the design. Please check the description of the listing you purchase for the applicable personal or commercial-use terms. Digital files may not be resold, shared, distributed, or offered as standalone digital files unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
