Henceforth, we'll make things together...

As readers, travelers, and unrelenting eavesdroppers, we seek inspiration everywhere. All of our prints are drawn, burned onto screens, and printed onto shirts by the Henceforth guy (sometimes with the help of a friend or two.) Our candles are mixed in small batches and poured 2-4 at a time by the Henceforth gal.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If there is a size issue with a clothing item, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days. Contact us for instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt, and we will determine how to best rectify the situation, be it refund or replacement.

Any other returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. In most situations, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. The item may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted for custom orders. When applicable, proofs or samples will be sent to ensure your custom order meets your specifications. Please ask questions before the transaction is complete!

Our items are described as accurately as possible and we encourage questions, so if you have any concerns, please ask prior to ordering. Please remember that scent is somewhat subjective, and monitor colors can vary. Thanks!
Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout which includes credit cards and Etsy gift cards. Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase.
Shipping
***U.S. CUSTOMERS***
We typically ship via USPS First Class Mail for orders under 13oz and USPS Priority Mail for the rest. We will determine what is most economical based upon your specific order. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Express shipping options available upon request.

If you're in the area we'd be happy to hand deliver your order. Send us a message to see if you're within delivery range & we'll send you a code to remove shipping charges.

****INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS****
We ship most international orders via First Class International. If you would like your shipping upgraded, send us a message and we'll give you the options.

Please allow up to four weeks for the arrival of your item; in some areas, this may take even longer. If you think your package was lost, please contact us so we can determine how to best address the situation.

We will complete a customs form when one is required.
You are responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees which may be charged by your country. If you have questions related to these fees or need more information, please contact your local customs organization.
