There were a few scratches from shipping, which we completely understand can happen, but when we reached out to the seller they were extremely helpful. They gave us clear instructions and recommended the right products to fix it up. Their customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend both the gate and the seller

5 out of 5 starsThis is a beautiful fire pit for my patio. It looks incredible when there's a fire in it at night, but even during the day it's gorgeous. The design funnels smoke upwards and it allows plenty of air for a good fire. The shipping and delivery went smoothly. I highly recommend this one of a kind fire pit!

We know the unfairness of our government charging 25% in addition to the tax paid at entry. Etsy at their own expense reimbursed me the $552.00 charged, validating my trust on Etsy. I’m a retired customer service manager for one of the largest security, and surveillance company in America. What I experimented with Etsy is far beyond what any company will do. I had been ordering through Etsy for more than 2 years, and will continue. They are the best in that “jungle out there”. Place your Oder NOW! I will recommend to do all your shopping through Etsy, the way to go on online purchases. Etsy proved that are the up coming leaders in online purchases. They warranty and backup small businesses around the globe.
