5 out of 5 starsMy dad had a “best dad mug” for years that finally chipped. Of course a replacement was needed. This is a great size. Handle is good and sturdy and not small. It’s gone into the morning routine and he loves it!

Frequently asked questions
Processing Time
-Processing time for orders will vary.
-For mugs that are already designed, orders will be processed and packaged within 2-4 business days. Orders may also be done sooner depending on availability. This does not include shipping timelines.
-For custom and personalized items, processing time will depending on how many orders are in queue and stock on hand.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items, I do not offer returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue about your items, please send me a message to discuss.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, I do not accept cancellations as this results in fees and administration overhead. Once an order is placed it is placed in queue and could be made within an hour of being ordered if the item is currently in production.
Tracking Numbers and Shipping
If you are in Canada or USA, tracking is automatic but please choose the correct shipping option.
Where is your shop located?
My shop is located in Waterloo, Ontario in Canada
I put the wrong address now what should I do?
If you order using the wrong address, I can not change the address or resend to the correct address once shipped. The item will need to be returned to me to reship at the buyers expense.
Local Pickup
I do offer local pickup to save people shipping if they are close! On all listings the coupon code is shown.
Use LOCALKWPICKUP in the coupon section when checking out to save the cost of shipping and pickup in Waterloo, Ontario.
Shipping timelines
Mail delivery standards vary depending on distance. Standards are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays and seasonal volume, but you can generally expect delivery within the following time frames:
- 2 business days for local
- 3 business days within Ontario
- 4 business days across Canada
- 7-10 business days to USA
Refunds
Due to the nature of items and handling with the postal service refunds will not be given. Once the item leaves my hands I will not be responsible for carrier breakage. If an item comes damaged, pictures of the box (front and back) along with the item in entirety must be submitted within 2 days of delivery and it will be handled case by case.
