HORRIBLE! The product was supposed to ship Oct 11th. I sent Tricia, the owner, a msg on the 23rd asking about the status. No response. The next day I sent another msg asking if I should order from another seller. Again no response. Two days later I send another msg advising I would be contacting Etsy. I then checked Tricia's FB page where I see a new post from the 26th. The next day I send her a msg through FB Messenger telling her how I've been trying to reach her and if I should cancel my order. I can see she received it by the check mark next to the msg. I opened a dispute with Etsy and 3 days later I receive a msg from Tricia w/ some story about how her whole family was sick and she wasn't checking her computer and will refund the shipping. Clearly a lie due to her recent FB activity and I canceled the order.
