Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, you can start the custom order process by clicking the "custom order" tab, or by sending me a message.
Where do I leave my information/initials/color(s) for the decal or digital file I am ordering?
Leave that information in the "Notes to Seller" box at checkout.
Leave initials or text *EXACTLY* as you would like them to appear on your product. Monogrammed order is typically *First initial_Last initial_Middle initial.*
Do you accept returns?
No. - Due to the custom nature of the items, they cannot be accepted as returns.
How are items sized?
Each item is sized differently depending on the shape. If you have any question concerning the size of a specific item, please message me prior to ordering.
Decal Size Suggestions:
Suggested Laptop/Yeti Size - 3-4 Inches
Suggested Vehicle Decal Size - 6+ Inches
Care instructions?
Decals that are applied to water bottles, cups, mugs and the like, should be hand washed ONLY and not used in the microwave or dishwasher.

How do I make sure that my custom order was submitted correctly?
Go to the top right menu on the Etsy website. Look directly to the left of the shopping cart icon and click on “You”. From the drop-down menu, select “Purchased and Reviews”. From there you can select and review your order(s). You > Purchases and Reviews (at the top right corner of your screen) > Select your Order and you can easily review your order.
ALWAYS CHECK:
1. That your address is up-to-date and correct.
2. That the notes you submitted are accurately written in your order.
*There have been issues with notes partially submitted and/or NOT being submitted at all. PLEASE always review your order.*
