I input the wrong address at checkout! Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if your item has NOT shipped you may change your address. Immediately message us via Etsy Conversations or through your Order and we will make the proper adjustment to your address prior to shipping. Once you recieve a Shippment Notification it is to late to change your address.
Unfortunately, if your item has shipped out, I am unable to change the shipment address and your item will not be replaced for free.
You can pay for a new order to get your decal ASAP or you will have to wait for the returned (wrong address) shippment to return to us. Once your orginal shipment has returned to us you will have to pay for shipping again as USPS requrires new postage on new shippments.
What do I do If I never received my decal?
First please check the status of your USPS Tracking Number as we can not control the USPS shipment time frames and delays on their end do occur on occasion. Second contact us if you can not find resolution using the USPS tracking number or through contacting your local USPS office.
Oh darn! I messed up my decal when I was putting it on. Can you replace it?
It happens to the best of us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace your decal for free. However we may be able to give you a coupon code for free shipping if you ask.
