Frequently asked questions
Processing Time
Each listing has a processing time listed and we work as hard as we can to ensure orders ship in a timely manner. All of our pieces are crafted by hand, to order, so please consider that quality takes time & the wait is worth it!
Installation/Hanging
Each item will come with a template, installation directions and the necessary hardware. You'll need to provide a level and screwdriver or drill. Installation takes approximately 5-10 minutes per shelf, depending on the item.
Cancellations/Returns/Refunds
We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction - if you have any issues with an item you receive from our store, we will be more than willing to work with you until the issue is fully resolved!
Due to the time & effort that goes into handcrafted products, we do not accept returns, but can offer exchanges on most items. Please contact us within 7 days, and note that the customer will pay additional postage.
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the time of purchase, or a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
