International orders can take from 2 to 16 weeks to arrive to its destination.

Can you ship to UK and EU?

Due to some limitations in Mexico's post office platform, shipping to these zones can be done BUT there is a chance that the parcel may be returned or may have an additional tax payment requirement. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience but this is something we have no control over

I think my package got lost. What now?
