## Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

### Returns & Exchanges

Items that are **eligible for returns or exchanges** may be returned within **7 days of confirmed delivery**.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

### Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Items clearly marked as **“Final Sale,” “No Returns,” or “No Exchanges”** in the listing are **not eligible for return or exchange**, except where required by applicable law.

Items sold at a special or reduced price due to **clearly disclosed natural characteristics, stone lines, surface marks, inclusions, minor imperfections, or other conditions shown and/or described in the listing** are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for those disclosed conditions.

Please carefully review all listing photos, videos, measurements, descriptions, and disclosed conditions before purchasing.

### Return Shipping Costs

If the return is **not due to an error on our part or a confirmed product quality issue**, the buyer is responsible for:

* The original shipping cost, if applicable
* Return shipping costs
* Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with the return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product quality issue.

### Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

* In their original condition
* Unworn, unused, and undamaged
* Returned with all original packaging, certificates, accessories, and accompanying items

Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, resized, or modified after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

### Return Shipping

Buyers are strongly encouraged to use a **tracked and insured shipping service** when returning an item.

The buyer is responsible for the item until it is successfully delivered back to us. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or undeliverable in transit.

### Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.

Any applicable original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

### Natural Jadeite & Gemstone Characteristics

Please note that natural jadeite and gemstones may naturally contain variations such as **stone lines, color variations, cotton-like inclusions, mineral inclusions, texture variations, or other natural characteristics**. These are part of the natural formation of the stone and are not automatically considered product defects.

We make every effort to clearly photograph and describe each item's condition and any noticeable characteristics before purchase.

### Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the item's description, measurements, photos, disclosed conditions, and applicable return eligibility.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
