The seller was so kind and genuine… I requested a larger slot for the collar and the response was quick and the final product was perfect. The quality is absolutely amazing - the wording, the picture, the frame, every detail is on point. 4 out of 5 starsIts nicely put together but the photo is not what I thought it would be. Its not a glossy finish to the photo which makes it kinda look a dull/grainy. His face looks blurry.

Since the image is printed directly onto wood, the surface texture of this particular piece may not have been as smooth as expected.
