Handcrafted Stained Glass and Handmade Lampwork Bead Jewelry

Hi, I am Laura and I have been working with glass in one form or another since 1983. I was the owner of a stained glass retail store for 21 years.

I was born and raised in the New Orleans area, but I have lived in Lexington, Kentucky since 1988. I am married and have 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

I have been crafting stained glass pieces since I took my first stained glass class in 1983. I took my first lampwork beadmaking class with Cindy Jenkins in 1997 and once I melted that first glass rod, I never looked back. Since then, I have taken classes with Leah Fairbanks, Loren Stump, Kathy Johnson and Sharon Peters.

I am a member of the SRA (Self Representing Artists) SRA #H1 and the ISGB (Internationational Society of Glass Beadmakers).

My handcrafted stained glass and lampwork bead jewelry are created exclusively by me in my home studio.
