Bust - directly across armpits, doubled
Waist - the narrowest part of the torso, doubled
Hips - the widest part about 6-12 inches below waist, doubled
Shoulder - directly across shoulder seams
Sleeve - from edge to top of shoulder seam
Length - from neck seam to bottom hem
