Jewelry sold on this site was designed, carved and cast by my late brother, Robert “Bob“ Hamilton (profile picture is Bob). For almost 40 years, he perfected the art of lost wax casting were each piece starts as a hand carved piece of wax and ends as a perfect mold to create as many as one hundred metal copies of the original piece. So each and every piece you buy here as a true piece of art and is solid silver (or gold or bronze). These pieces where made over the last thirty years and while Bob was a fantastic artist and craftsman, his organizational skills were suspect, after his passing last winter, we uncovered a treasure trove of his work, some demo pieces, misplaced stock and pieces not quite finished. Based out of his Sparks Nevada shop, Bob sold and distributed his jewelry all over Nevada and California as well as the east coast. We are selling these pieces at 2003 silver prices; so our goal is certainly not to make money, but to extend his legacy of fine jewelry production by getting as many of pieces to people who appreciate his fine craftsman ship and artwork. Happy to say we have fantastic reviews saying just that, I'm sure Bob is smiling above for all the kinds words about his life's work.
