All of my creations are handmade to order by these two hands. Each and every item deserves the care and time to make it just right! Please allow 4-10 business days for the creation of your items, possibly long during busy seasons.

Please note these are general estimates only and we cannot guarantee arrival times. As an example, remote locations in Northern Canada or States such as Hawaii and Alaska may incur longer transit times. Please reach out prior to ordering for more information.

International transit times will vary depending on your location

Measurements are available within the listing descriptions, as well most items will feature a photograph with a ruler.

For bracelets and necklaces, sizing instructions can be found within the individual listings but please contact us prior to ordering if you need help choosing your correct size.

We offer free engraving on many of our items. Please note the font, size and placement if applicable when ordering. We will send you a mockup of your design on a sample photo incase any changes are needed.

We wait a minimum of 24 hours after the sample is sent but as we ship out on a weekly schedule your order will be made according the sample if we do not hear from you. No changes can be made after your order has shipped.

Images provided must be free of copyright or be accompanied by a copy of your license agreement. No AI art will be accepted.

Orders placed after December 5th may not ship until the new year as we begin to wind down for our holiday break. Please feel free to reach out with any questions during this time as we will still be here to help.

*Please Note - As everything is made to order, these are our personal shipping cutoff dates to allow for creation time and shipping delays. I cannot guarantee anything will reach you in time for Christmas, but ordering before these dates ensures your best chance!

Our standard packaging includes your item carefully wrapped in a tissue, tied with jute and packed in a recycled kraft paper mailer. We are happy to offer an upgraded option that will generally include a kraft paper box that will be wrapped in hand stamped kraft paper and tied with jute.

If for any reason you require weather resistant packaging please reach out prior to placing your order as we can include a compostable poly mailer for an added fee.

To make sure your packages reach you safely and reliably without any surprise fees, we are now hand-delivering all U.S. orders across the border and transferring them directly into USPS or UPS.

Once your order enters USPS or UPS, you’ll receive tracking updates just like normal, and delivery times will follow standard U.S. carrier estimates. The address on the label will reflect our US Shipping Partner, but rest assured all items are still being made right here in our Canadian studio!

**All returns will need to be sent to our Canadian address.**

We will only be using Courier Shipping going forward until Canada Post becomes reliable again. We will require a civic address, PO Boxes will not be accepted until further notice and may result in your order being cancelled.
