What shipping carrier do you use?
REGARDING COVID-19: Delays may occur during the shipping process due to mailing carrier complications. Please allow extra time for your items to arrive.
All packages are sent via USPS. Please allow all orders 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri) to arrive. Delicate packages (acrylic key chains, enamel pins, etc.) will be sent in padded mailers.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States and its territories. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I received my acrylic key chain and it looks scratched!
Please check to make sure that you have peeled off the protective film covering on your key chain. They are on there to protect the actual acrylic from being scratched so if you see scratches out of the bag, it is likely that you haven't peeled off the film yet.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly or sustainable?
The clear flap bags used to package products are derived from a plant-based polylactic acid (PLA) and are certified compostable. The padded mailers we package your orders in are made of 100% recycled materials. We will continue to transition to eco-friendly mailing materials and always strive to reduce our environmental impact while maintaining quality.

Where can I find status updates about new products, store announcements, or upcoming product releases?

How do I remove the locking back(s) on my pin?
The enamel pins use locking pin backs that provide extra durability. While they are sturdy, they also require more practice to remove as they hold the pin very tightly. To remove - hold down the pin with one finger while pulling up on the trigger cap.
There are many informative tutorials on how to remove these backs on YouTube!
What are 'B-Grade' pins?
These are pins that do not meet my personal standards for a full-price product, but are still wearable and functional. They may have minor imperfections in regards to scuffs on the metal, specks of dust, or small air bubbles. Second-grade pins will be at a discount of 50% off. Why do the colors look different in person as opposed to online designs?
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.
Additionally, physical items are printed using the CMYK system, whereas online graphics are presented with the RGB system.
