Before you order from us we require you to read and understand these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the information on each listing. We have tried to make all information as clear as possible but if you have any queries please contact us.

Adding an item to your shopping cart or otherwise purchasing an item from us constitutes a confirmation that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.

All product information shown on each listing is believed to be correct and accurate. However, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

We cannot be held responsible for the total accuracy of the information that is published, though every effort is maintained to keep the information as accurate and up to date as possible. Therefore, all the actions taken by users of the goods obtained via HanAhrt/Etsy or purchased privately are their own responsibility.

It is impossible to publish all the technical details of the products, therefore all descriptions and images serve to give approximate description of the product. If you have any queries HanAhrt is always happy to help.

You can order products from us in the following ways: i) via Etsy ii) by messaging me via hanahrtnz on Instagram or HanAhrt on Facebook and paying via Paypal or via electronic bank transfer. Not all the options listed are always available, there are also products available which are not listed, feel free to contact HanAhrt for more options or to have something custom made/built for you. Please contact us if you require help with payment processing and systems. Please do NOT send cheques.

Orders are subject to availability. All our stock levels are displayed on The HanAhrt Etsy page and these levels are real, live and updated throughout the day and night, 365 days a year. In the rare situation that a stock error results in an item from your order not being available, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to discuss your options.

HanAhrt may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

You take ownership of the products as soon as they have been delivered to the address detailed on your order.

Any damage to or shortage of the products in transit (i.e. with our couriers) should be noted on the delivery/consignment note at the time of delivery. Transit damages or shortages should be reported to us as soon as possible.


You use fire props bought from HanAhrt at your own risk. HanAhrt and all associated people and organisations accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards.

HanAhrt does not sell fire props to children under 18. If you are under 18, you should have bought these products under adult supervision and should continue using them under adult supervision at all times. A high level of proficiency should be attained with your prop before even considering the use of fire. Safety precuations should always be taken when performing with fire. A basic, but not exhaustive, set of fire safety considerations can be found on some listings and via various fire safety websites online, we recommend to find fire safety guidelines relative to your place of residence/where you will be performing and or practicing the art of Fire spinning. HanAhrt also recommends you also take a fire safety course from an experienced and qualified instructor.

It is the your responsibility to use an appropriate fuel when performing with fire. HanAhrt cannot definitively advise on the type of fuel to use due to regional and national variations. You should consult an experienced and qualified performer in your area to determine which fuel is appropriate. You should acquire a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) when purchasing fuel and refer to this if you are in any doubt as to whether it is an appropriate fuel.

Fire breathing and eating are inherently more dangerous than fire prop spinning. HanAhrt does NOT recommend you take up these activities. Before you decide you want to fire breathe or eat then it is your responsibility to research this artform fully and familiarise yourself with the potential dangers and safety precautions. You MUST get instruction from an experienced and qualified performer before attempting these activities.

HanAhrt may also stock items such as juggling knives, throwing knives, whips and nunchucks. These are strictly sold as circus props and NOT weapons and must only be used in accordance with the safety information provided. These items are also not for sale to children under the age of 18.

You use "dangerous items" bought from HanAhrt at your own risk. HanAhrt and all associated people and organisations accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards.

You use aerial acrobatics equipment bought from HanAhrt at your own risk. HanAhrt and all associated people and organisations accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards.

HanAhrt may stock a range of aerial circus equipment. Strict safety precautions should be adhered to when using such equipment. Some of the most important precautions include, but are not limited to:

Professional training is essential
Do not attempt to learn new moves from videos or books alone.
You should never train alone.
Rigging should be undertaken by a compentent professional. Do NOT rig from trees.
Equipment should be inspected thoroughly before every use.

You use balance equipment bought from HanAhrt at your own risk. HanAhrt and all associated people and organisations accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of the products supplied. It is the responsibility of the performer to take the necessary precautions and to minimize hazards.

Balance products such as unicycles, rolla bollas, Cyr wheels and others also have an element of risk in their use. You should learn to use these products under the supervision and instruction of an experienced user. Safety equipment such as helmets for unicycling should be worn at all times.

It is the user’s responsibility to purchase third party insurance before performing or teaching with fire or aerial equipment. HanAhrt strongly recommends all users have proper insurance.

All text, images, pictures, graphics, designs, animations and movies hosted by HanAhrt are copyright. Illegal copying and reproduction of any materials without written consent violates international copyright law and will be pursued. Commercial websites and organisations caught using our material without permission will be invoiced in full for all materials used. Non-commercial use of our material is allowed with written permission from us and is virtually always granted as long as a link back to our HanAhrt Etsy/Facebook or hanahrtnz on Instagram pages and full credits are given.
