I had originally ordered an ashtray which never arrived in the mail. Once I finally realized (months later) I submitted an inquiry to the seller who got back to me within 1 day! We realized the address submitted was incorrect and returned to sender. Once I clarified my address, Hannah re-sent my ash tray and even included extra goodies for the inconvenience (even though, it was not an inconvenience to me). The extra touch was so thoughtful and I will likely order from Hannah again! Her products make amazing gifts for friends or family!
