**I only received a text file. Where are my files?**
Open the text file included with your purchase. Inside, you will find the download link to your files.
**My WEBM file looks strange or "broken." Is this normal?**
Yes. Some media players do not display WEBM transparency correctly. The file is not damaged.
**I'm using a Mac and my WEBM files do not appear in StreamElements or Streamlabs.**
Some WEBM files are not fully compatible with Safari. Please use Google Chrome when uploading your files.
**How do I know if this product is compatible with my software?**
