HMA is the Wonderland for everyone who loves to make their own toys. You can find the most beautiful and easy art craft patterns for bunnies, bears, dolls and whatever you can imagine. So adorabe, so sweet and cozy.

I love to create and I have done so since I was a little girl. I always try to make each handmade piece delicate and unique.
Our toys have a lot of handmade tiny details and special attention to the colors and finest materials.

My mom Loly Fuertes is an expert knitter and she taught to me a few years ago.
Both together (my mother and I), we are HandMadeAwards.
My family is absolutely a crafty family. I grew up between a mom who was always knitting amazing items and a dressmaker grandmother who was always sewing and embroidering.
Finally, I studied Applied Arts and I’m interior architect.

my favourites things to do:
watching the vintage black and white Hollywood movies, to travel, to go for a walk to the beach with our dog ( a rescued dog called Pippa), to read a good book, the museums like Moma -NY and the Tate gallery of London, to drink a cup of hot tea and eat dark chocolate and pass the afternoon with my adorable old grandfather.

I was born in Santander, Spain, and I grew up in a big home near the beach with my adorable family.

Our patterns are for everyone who loves to make their own toys making people happy! We wish to bring out the feeling of childhood to the people!

I usually work in my studio that is a loft painted with light pink color and at my mother’s home, her home is full of vintage treasures as old ribbons, hundreds of colorful skein yarns, glass beads, beautiful scraps of fabrics and all the pretty things for crafting.

I have a new shop on Etsy called The Cup Of Tea with beautiful toys made with handmade sculpture woolen pompoms and decorated with vintage and tiny knitted details.
