Custom and personalized orders
I am currently not accepting custom orders. Sorry but my work load is too much to give them the attention.
Care instructions
All my mugs are hand painted and kiln fired. I do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher because it may chip your item or wear away the sheen of the glaze.
Can you put a card in my order?
If you are sending an item as a gift I always send an invoice without a price in the box upon shipment. If you include a "note to seller" it prints on the shipping invoice. You can include anything from a note to me or a random thought like bagels are delicious. I suggest you use this space to leave any note you would like.
When is the 2016 Christmas deadline?
I have currently set my Christmas cut off as December 3rd.
