An item I received from Hand to Heart arrived damaged - how should I move forward?
We're more than happy to work with you on resolving any issues, including an item that arrived damaged, dinged or broken. We ask that all claims be filed with us within 48 hours of your package being marked as delivered.
Are your prices shown for a set or for single units?
The price you see listed is for ONE single unit unless listings are labeled as a set of two in the main listing photo. Our listing photos are meant to show that we can mix and match colors if that’s something your group would be interested in.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! We're pleased to say that we've accommodated groups anywhere from large bachelorette parties to entire wedding guest lists. Please send us a message to discuss our bulk discount tiers.
Can I change the design color?
All of our stainless steel products are laser engraved, making for permanent keepsakes long after your event has passed. Because of this, the color you see on each design is a stainless steel tone which we cannot alter.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you're in a bit of a pinch, not to worry! We can rush your order so long as you opt for expedited shipping at checkout and include your order deadline in your checkout notes.

I like a design but I'm not shopping for a wedding - What do I do?
While many of our designs are tailored for bridal parties and bachelorettes, we happily accept requests for all event types.
Be sure to send us a message to discuss changing the language on a particular design!
Does a bride's tumbler automatically come in white?
No. We prefer giving customers the opportunity to mix-and-match colors to their group's liking. If you wish for a bride's tumbler to be another color than the rest of your group, please be sure to reflect this in your cart, or in your order notes.
