Custom design party supplies and decoration needs! If you don't see your design, send me a convo and I'll conjure up a sample for you to review before you purchase. Majority of the items listed are customizable and can always be changed (except some of the clip art images). If you need a RUSH ORDER that needs to be shipped within 48-72 hours of your order, there is a $15 up to $20 FEE to have it/them shipped out in less than 72 hours. Took my order and money several weeks ago just never delivered my item until I inquired and only then was told I would receive a refund. Very disappointed and very unprofessional, as I had been waiting for this item for some time to give as a gift.

1 out of 5 starsThis item did not ship on time, therefore was not able to use!!! Highly disappointed. Receipt shows it was ordered on 9/19, to ship by 9/26, didn't ship until 9/28, didn't receive until 10/2...party was 10/1 !

I'm sorry there was an issue with the listing you ordered. I did email you 13 months PDF file. I think the comment was unfair as I do not work on the weekend per my policy. I did respond ASAP and sent the file over immediately.
