Returns and exchanges are not accepted, since most of the items in my shop are made-to-order, especially those that are personalized or a custom request. If items arrive damaged, please contact me to discuss a refund of the product price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please do not send back items without my consent or agreement in an attempt to get a refund. Please read the listings very carefully so you are aware of the exact sizes. All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise indicated. Due to shipping delays by multiple carriers, which are out of my control, I will list an estimated arrival date but cannot guarantee that your package will arrive by a specific date. The only way to guarantee an arrival date is for you to request an upgrade to USPS Express Priority Mail (which delivers in 1-2 days), which has a hefty additional cost.

Shipping time frames are beyond my control and refunds will not be issued for orders that are not received by a specific date. If you are considering placing an order and your party date or “date needed by” is within 2 weeks, please message me first to confirm that I can ship an order in time.

I'm happy to work with you on a custom party order request, either something in the shop that you'd like me to change in terms of color or style details, or a new version of a product that I don't currently have listed. If you are wishing to have me create goodies that match party products you're planning to use, it's especially helpful if you message me and include pictures of your invitation, decor, etc for me to coordinate with.

Please note that during the Summer months when outdoor temperatures rise higher than 85 degrees, my listings for candy wands will note that they will require additional shipping costs. In order to protect the chocolate candies from the heat, they will be shipped in heat-resistant mylar bubble wrap with an ice pack, inside a shipping box. Melting is still a risk, but this extra protection will help protect your candy during shipping.

For my balloon wands, I use small 5 inch latex balloons. These are challenging to blow up with air by mouth, so I highly recommend buying a handheld air balloon pump. They are typically around $5-7 and widely available at Target, Walmart, Party City, Amazon, etc.

Balloons for balloon wands only require air to inflate and will not float with helium.

Your balloons will be shipped flat (uninflated) so that you can blow them up on the day of your party to look fresh and new.
