Michelle is a person I want to do lots of business with. She is so honest. This little figurine has an imperceptible minute fracture on her neck, so Michelle discounted her while pointing out the fracture which I had a hard time finding. I am sure MIchelle could have sold her for more if she hadn't been so honest. And, about the time I purchased this item, there was a huge flood in Michelle's area. Even though the box she shipped in did get damp in transit, Michelle had snugged this figurine up in so much protective material that it was immune to the dampness of the box which was taped securely so it wasn't going to come apart either. The care Michelle took to get this item out, secure and in a timely manner. in adverse circumstances demonstrates she is a person who enjoys her business and is trustworthy~*~
