customer service was very helpful and patient trying to make sure my custom vest was to my liking. also very fast shipping as well. I think it came all the way from the UK so I was shocked to get a notification that my order was already delivered. would order again if I ever need any custom leather items.

service is perfect. the people running this business does a perfect job of taking care of you. if you dont know how customize whatever you buy best suited for you? they will ask all the questions to make sure it is fit for your needs. only downside to this business in my opinion? is the time required to send it. i got my jacket 2-3 months later after purchase. so keep that in mind if you wanna time something right to upcoming Events, such as birthday present or Christmas.
