Announcement    Shop update - May 10th, 2022:

Dear fellow earthling,

Thank you for all your support and kind messages the last few weeks. Please know that I make a donation for every Ukraine order I receive. It is very understandable that people are looking for a piece of home, a reminder or buying a special token for someone they love who's connected to Ukraine.

The donations I've made so far:
- till March 7th; US€110.00
- till March 14th: € 55,00
- till March 29th: € 66,00
- till April 15th: € 68,00
- till May 10th: € 50,00

I'll continue with making a donation as long as the war is among us.
I'm very proud I can make something that gives people a bit of hope, it's really my little spark of light in this dark time.

Please take note of my shipping information:
1) Packages will be shipped every Tuesday;
2) Use track and trace for faster delivery and the possibility to see where it is. If it's shipped with standard international mail (without tracking) it's out of my hands the minute I shipped it and we have to wait till it arrives. I know the extra costs are annoying, but it saves us both a lot of frustration and most package do arrive faster than the standard international mail. If you haven't selected T&T shipping but would like to use it: please send me a message.
3) Fedex is available too for 1-3 day and 3-6 day delivery; you can send me a message for more info and additional costs. My shipper has a deal with Fedex for small packages (like mine), so the shipping isn't that expensive (for express mail that is) for 3-6 days delivery. Send me a message with your address so I can check it for you.

So to sum it up: Due to the Corona madness the international mail can be delayed, but usually arrives between:

- The Netherlands: 1-3 business days;
- Europe: 5-15 business days, possibly longer;
- United States: 2-3 weeks, possibly longer;
- Rest of the world: depends on the country, 2-3 weeks, possibly longer.

Please keep this in mind when you place your order. It's difficult times for everybody, your support and patience is very much appreciated. I'm doing a happy dance for every order I receive and three happy dances for every package that arrives!

2) All packages will be shipped with standard international mail: this is NOT traceable but I've had almost no delays or missing packages in 2023 with this service, so they are very trustworthy! Track and trace is available, max. € 5,00 extra, depending on where you live. This is usually faster compared to standard international mail and you can see where your package is whenever you like. If you haven't selected it, but already placed your order: please contact me.

- United Kingdom: 5-15 business days
- United States: 10-20 business days;
- Rest of the world: depends on the country, 10-25 days, possibly longer.
