Items should be hand washed or machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry and do not iron. Tie dyed items should be washed separately because the colors will run.

Due to all items being custom made, all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue.

Printed images and text are made from two different materials, and while we do our best to match the colors as closely as possible, there may be a very slight difference - especially if your image uses a color that falls between standard shades.

All orders typically ship in 1-4 weeks. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to give exact shipping estimates on orders because the orders are usually held up by items being shipped to us in order to be customized. Certain items we have on hand and it’s possible it will ship within a week depending on how busy we are. Some items we don’t keep in stock, therefore, it will obviously take us longer to get it out to you. Once everything is made, it is shipped right away and tracking information will be sent to you.

Unfortunately, once an item leaves our facility, it is out of our control. If this happens, we would recommend contacting the postal service for help, and double checking that the provided address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages. If the package comes back to us, the buyer must pay to reship the item and we would suggest reshipping to a different address/double checking that the provided address was correct.

Every item has the images/text resized to either go across the width of the shirt or has a small logo in the corner. Your text/logo will be resized to fit either the small corner which is typically 2.5-4 inches large depending on the item, or to fit across the width of the top which is typically 7-10 inches depending on the item. If your desired text is longer and contains more characters, the letters will be smaller. If your desired text is shorter, for example an abbreviated name with 3 letters, the image is going to be much larger in order to fit across the width of the top.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve this issue. If you are issued a return label, the top must be sent back within 1 week.
