Affordable Handmade Memorial Jewelry

I am the owner of Remember Me Gift Boutique which offers memorial gifts and sympthy gifts. My customers have reached out to me and asked if there was a more affordable option for their Memorial Gift gift needs. Therefore, this is the reason for my Etsy shop!

I decided to not only offer these handmade memorial jewelry, but I also wanted to include a sympathy message card (for most items) as well as beautifully packaged gift box. For those who are grieving, or in need of hope and inspiration, it's an affordable and treasured gift. Now, you can even add a nice gift message (see photos for the look of these cards and boxes).

These items range in price depending on the material used. Currently, we are featuring fine sterling silver, brass, and stainless steel.

It has been my pleasure to create these special jewelry items, and now I am so happy to offer them to my customers! I have enjoyed getting to know my customers and feel as though they have become friends. Please, reach out to me, I love working with you to create jewelry, gifts, and friendships!

I am sorry, but I will not be able to accept returns on custom pieces unless there is an error.

Cremation Jewelry return policy: I provide as much information as possible on my listings. Please reach out to me prior to placing your order for measurements, weight, filling instructions or anything that is unclear. I do not like to accept returns on this type of jewelry as I do not like to resell these products. There may be a 20% restocking fee.

Non customized items may be returned within 7 days after receipt of your order. Refunds will not be issued until the item is returned in the original condition. You must contact me for a return authorization number prior to sending back to me. Due to the nature of cremation jewelry, certain items may not be returned. It will be determined on a case by case basis.

The shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.

There may be a 20% restocking fee depending on the item. If you are concerned about this, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will let you know if a restocking fee would apply.
Thank you in advance for your order. Should you place your order and need to cancel for any reason, I will try my best to honor your request and return payment via the method you used for your purchase. However, if the item has already been personalized, I will not be able to cancel your order.
NOTE: Processing time is 3 - 5 business days. If you require RUSH processing, please contact me. There are a number of shipping options available to domestic and international customers including express shipping. Please note, express shipping is after the processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Your country may charge you some form of Duty Fees or Taxes. Please look into this and understand this is a charge that I have no control over nor do I charge this when processing your order. My shipping fee is to get the package from the US to your country. The delivery and fees from that point are your responsibility and out of my control.

SHIPPING UPDATE DUE TO COVID: Unfortunately, once I hand over your package to USPS, I no longer have control. Due to COVID and worldwide transportation issues, delivery time isn't as accurate as normal. I'm sorry, but I can't be responsible for any delays or issues due to this unfortunate circumstance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be advised that your Etsy sales receipts, tracking information and messages from me can (and do) end up in your spam folder. Please check your Etsy messages until your order ships. When I send an e-mail to my customers regarding their order, it's normally important information required to fulfill your order. If I do not receive the information I request, I will either cancel your order, or use my discretion when fulfilling the order.

Do you have other questions? Here are a few FAQ's:

When can I expect my order? Due to the nature of this industry, I try to get orders out as soon as possible. Orders are shipped within 3 - 5 BUSINESS days. During the holiday season, product time can change to 5 - 7 BUSINESS days. Changes will be posted in the Announcement section on the top of our shop page.

If I select Priority Mail, will my order ship sooner? No, priority mail only affects the actual delivery time, not production. There are some cases when there is an absolute necessity to have your order the next day. We do have express shipping, but it is usually between $25 - $30 in the US. If you need further details on this, please reach out to me to make sure the product is available to ship.

I have noticed that some shops offer express processing for a fee. Do you? I do not. I believe that everyone purchasing from this shop wants their order as quickly as possible. I can't possibly accept money and place one person's grief over another's. I hope you understand.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? If I made an error, I will gladly accept your return and pay for return shipping. I have an idea of what I want, but I don't see exactly what I am looking for: Please reach out to me. I love creating custom pieces that represent your loved one. Or, if you are looking for an idea for a sympathy gift, I would be happy to make recommendations based on the situation.

I really would love to have my gift received for the day of the funeral: This is a popular request, and I can certainly understand your desire. We are conditioned to send flowers to funeral homes and are learning a new way of sending gifts instead of flowers. I have spoken to many people who have lost loved ones, and they ALL agree - they don't even pay attention to gifts received on the day of the funeral and the gift would go unnoticed. The best time to receive a gift is after everyone has returned to normal, and the bereaved is left feeling all alone and forgotten.
