When I was 18 years old, I lost my brother John to suicide. He was my "taillight" — the one who lit the way. Losing him was the kind of pain that changes you forever. But I've always believed that God places purpose inside our pain, and over time, that belief led me here.
I started Handmade by Remember Me with a simple but heartfelt mission: to help people find the right gift during life's hardest moments. Because sometimes we don't know what to say — but we still want to show up. I wanted to create something beyond flowers. Something that could be held, worn, or displayed as a lasting reminder that love doesn't end.
For over a decade, I handcrafted every piece of jewelry myself — pouring my heart into each one. But after years of detailed, intricate work, the physical demands eventually caught up with me. Neck surgery and the toll of more than ten years at the bench meant I had to find a new way to serve you. And I did.
