Crochet Item Sizing
Please note that these items are handmade so every single item will be slightly different in shape, stuffing, and colors!
Crochet Care instructions
Spot clean when necessary or machine wash gentle with cold water. Then set out to air dry or use air dry setting on dryer.
Shipping Times/Delays
Please understand each item can vary depending on order sizes and amount of orders I have, so shipping can vary. Please message me if you need it sooner and I will try my best to accommodate your needs.
I am not responsible for further customs shipping cost. My shop is set to only ship in the US, so any order outside of the US will be up to you to work out any issues.
I am not responsible for USPS shipping delays, so give USPS time to keep things up to date. Once item updates to lost in mail I can then assess the issue further.
I am not responsible for returned shipping cost for returns! Custom orders cannot be returned. Orders will not receive a refund until order is returned back to me and based off of condition returned.

All of my items are made to order unless it is specified in the description.
Custom and personalized orders
Please feel free to message me about a custom order! I always try my best to accommodate what you are asking for. I will try to make it(2-4 days) then send you photos for your approval. If at that point we both agree on the item, I will create a separate listing for you to buy it(we will discuss price before I make a listing). If you do not like the item please do not hesitate to say I don’t like it or can we try something else. It’s custom to you and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note I DO NOT accept returns on custom items since they were custom to you and the item was approved before you bought it.
WARNING LABEL
