Custom and personalized orders
All personalization requests must be left in the personalization box when you check out. It will be the last step before you add your order to the cart. If you want to make a different change to the current design, you can send us a message. We can print photos or add logos. We can add and remove sentences. In short, we can make the changes you want.
Sizing details
Please stick to our size chart. The best help in choosing the right size is the size chart. If it is smaller or larger than you expected, you can send us a message.
Care instructions
Please inside and out before wash, warm machine washing gentle, don’t bleach, don’t iron over the foil.
Gift wrapping and packaging
You can see the gift wrapping option on the checkout page before placing your order. Simply check the box I want gift wrapping. Your order will now be delivered to the recipient in a gift package.
My address is wrong and my cargo has been returned to you!
If you left an incorrect address at the time of paying, the order will be sent back to us by USPS.
I will contact you when you order arrive at the store and I will send you a link for the re-shipment of your cargo. then your order will be sent to you again.

My cargo has an urgency. How can I speed it up?
If you want to guarantee your required delivery date, we recommend that you check the rush and express shipping options. You can find them after you have added your item/items to your cart and before you pay, so you can decide whether to choose or not.
If you create an incorrect order and I can't reach you for the correct information, I'll leave it for 1-2 days to prepare the product. If there is no response from you, I make cancel the product.

We use the brand BELLA + CANVAS on all shirts.

We can not accept returns or exchanges because we make personalized designs. Therefore, if you have any questions about the size and color options, you can send us a message before placing an order.
If you received a different product than the one you ordered, you can send us a message. We can make up for our mistake to ensure your satisfaction. You can send a message with a photo of the product you received within 2 days.
