How do I unzip the file to use my purchased files?
Do one of the following:
To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
How do I get my digital item after purchase?
To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
How do I download my purchase if I don't have an Etsy account?
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
What do I do if my purchased file isn't working after I downloaded it?
Please contact me and I will be happy to assist you! Sometimes there is a browser issue or the file is corrupted during download.
Why don't you offer returns?
This is due to the non-returnable nature of digital products. Once you have downloaded a file it can no longer be returned for a refund.
