1 out of 5 starsThis scam may burn your house down. -The package had not shipped by the final day of the delivery range. I had to contact the seller to request the package be sent or refunded. -The lamp arrived missing an end cap, electrical specifications, and instillation instructions. -The wiring was unusual so I hired an electrician to install it. The electrician looked in missing end cap and examined a connection. The lamp was not up to code and would arc and start a fire. -I provided the electricians report to the seller and requested a refund. The seller insulted me and my electrician and refused a refund. -I opened a case with Etsy to get a refund. The seller’s insults and lies continued, they even provided Etsy with a fake photo of the item. This is the kind of seller that is giving Etsy a bad name.
