Handmade by Meemo opened in August 2016 after much preparation, and the passion for things handmade! We are a small online shop where you can purchase items that are all handmade with love in a small town in Illinois, USA. I was only 8 years old when a family member first taught me how to crochet and from there I was hooked! (pun intended) :) I've taught myself all the different stitches and how to read patterns. I've made several things throughout the years and will continue to do so till my hands no longer work.

Besides working with the fibers or yarn, I also paint, make soy wax candles and I guess I should mention I'm a professional photographer as well.
