When will I receive my decal(s) ?
Decals are sent via postage mail with a stamp. In order to commit to a free delivery service on all items, the most economical route was to go with a postage stamp.
This enables me to keep prices extremely low while still providing a service for others to keep shipping free.
Shipping with postage stamps takes about 10-15 days from the date of purchase for you to finally receive the item.
If you'd like feel free to upgrade the shipping at your expense as there will always be that option for my customers.
On average the decals will be shipped the next day from the date of order placement.
What is your turnaround time?
Most orders will be shipped within one to three business days (Monday - Friday). We try our best to ship your items as soon as they ready. Orders that require a proof will take longer as we won’t start making them until proof is approved.
How is my decal shipped ?
We ship decals with a card stock surrounding the decal to prevent the chance of the decal becoming bent during transit.
The decal and card stock is then placed in an envelope and will be dropped off in your mailbox most likely with your other ordinary mail.
Tip: Look out for a little snail mail stamp on an envelope, I use that signature stamp to identify my sent mail from others alike.
What happens if I ruined my decal?
Please private message me as soon as possible if you have had trouble with your decal. I will resolve your problem and I am very friendly!
