If I’m unhappy with the first design, can I request a revision?

We understand how important the right signature design is for you. If the initial design doesn't meet your expectations, we offer limited revisions as mentioned on the page to ensure we hit the mark. However, to maintain a smooth process, we kindly request you reach out to us within 100 days of receiving your first design. Otherwise, free revision will not be provided
Do you provide vendor files

I am left-handed,does that make any difference?
While our designers are primarily right-handed, we offer signature designs tailored to left-handed individuals. We begin by creating several design options and then refine them based on client feedback and their existing signature preferences.
Recognising that handwriting styles vary greatly, we carefully consider individual preferences to ensure the final design is a perfect fit.
