Care instructions for ornaments
The tops are not glued on and can be removed with some force. If you do remove the top there is a chance that some glitter has loosened in the shipment. This is natural as it dries.
Will choosing a different color glitter alter the looks of my ornament?
Yes the glitter color will change the looks of the vinyl.
Will my ornament come exactly as shown?
While each order is handmade and place on the ornament, i do try my best to keep it as close to what you are seeing. There is a possibility that something may differ. Snowflake placements for example.
Are the ornaments round bulbs?
they are round but flattened like a disc which is stated in the listing.
What do I do if there is an error in my listing?
While i would like to think i'm perfect, i am not. Mistakes do happen and when that does I would like to be given the chance to make it right. I work very hard on each ornament and it is my goal for you to love each ornament you get.
