I needle felt my animals, ornaments, and people with wool fibers. I love natural colors and supporting small farms. The majority of the materials I use come from U.S. sources, and are often from fiber farmers I find here on Etsy.

Wonderful Wool

There is so much to say about wool. We've needed it in our lives for a really long time, after all.
I've been felting for about five years, but have been into fiber arts for all of my adult life.
Back in my knitting days I always gravitated to the natural fiber yarns because they were just so much more alive than limp plastic acrylic.
I think that alive, warm feeling wool has applies to felting too, and helps to imbue my dogs, people, ornaments, and animals with a natural charm.
Textures, colors (natural and dyed), and simple forms make up a large part of my work, which I strive to make as unique and amusing as possible.
I want my felt most of all to bring comfort to your space.
