Customization is offered on many aspects of my product listings. Size, finish, direction, embellishment options & personalized plaques can all be selected by you on most listings.

COMPLETELY CUSTOM CREATIONS:
Some of my best work arises from your requests! I often create for a particular sport, color, child theme, or places traveled. Ask about a profession, musical instrument, gardening, cooking, etc. I can also create ensembles of various sized frames that will compliment each other. Browse my shop for ideas and message me your thoughts.

RUSH ORDERS:
Many of you who have ordered from me know that I really try to come through for your quick deadlines. As my shop gets busier, please consider requesting a gift note to be sent ahead if you are ordering late for a particular occasion or gift. Note can be personalized from you to your recipient & it lets someone know something is being created especially for them. It can be sent ahead to you or recipient, by mail or email. Note is complimentary if emailed.

PLEASE KNOW THAT RUSH ORDERS ARE DIFFICULT DURING HOLIDAYS! Most orders take at least 3 weeks. If you are purchasing a gift with a deadline, PLEASE ORDER EARLY! I want to fill all your requests. Lead times can be longer for multiple items, custom requests, & during the holiday season.

NOTE: ALTHOUGH IMPROVING, DUE TO CURRENT AVAILABILITY OF MATERIALS, some of my base frames & embellishments are not as available, & not being delivered as quickly as usual. I will let you know right away if your order cannot be filled exactly to your specifications. I'll propose & agree with you on other options, or send you a refund.
