When I received the skirt I found a hole in the pocket on the first wear and was disappointed in the quality of the bottom hem for the price. When I reached out to Hannah she offered a solution. I didn't take it as the piece I have I do love and her sincere apology and urge to fix it was enough as I could stitch up the hole myself.
