    I cannot tell you how incredibly excited I am to start using these spices! I have Hans' cookbook, "EAT like there's no tomorrow" and love it. I received the spices (well packed) and fast shipping yesterday and will be using them in cooking our Thanksgiving Dinner!!! I will post again to let you know how I did!!
