Care instructions- How do I wash my glass/mug?
Although I do use high quality professional grade outdoor vinyl and adhesive foil, I do recommend to gently hand wash all products with soap and cold water for longevity! Let air dry.
We have now also added an option to upgrade any mug into a 15 oz dishwasher / microwave safe option. Please feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing.

Do you do custom orders?
Do you have a different design in mind? Please message me for any custom order! I am happy to chat and quote new ideas :)
I absolutely love creating and would love to design something unique and special for you!

I can change wording and phrases on any of my products using any font you see in my shop! Just leave your request in the notes to seller box at checkout.
How soon will I get my order?
Although I do try to ship out your order before your "scheduled ship date", I do have a current processing time of 1-2 weeks on all products!
You can find your "SCHEDULED SHIP DATE" on your confirmation email and invoice.
If you need your item(s) prior to this date, please message me to request a RUSH ORDER and to check my availability. Ill be more than happy to accommodate you as best as I can :)
** once USPS has the item in their possession, I unfortunately have zero control over any delays or delivery date. If your tracking is stalled, please remain patient as USPS does not always show all updates right away. If you have any questions regarding tracking or package please contact me or your local post office.
Do you provide bulk orders/bundle deals?
Yes, we do! Please message me with exactly what you have in mind and we can send a quote and work with your budget!
We have made custom orders for bridal shows, wedding planners, bloggers, schools and sororities, family reunions, and corporate events for large companies!
I do provide a discount for bulk orders however, these orders require a bit more time than my usual processing. Please allow 2-3 weeks for these orders depending on the quantity needed and availability of items.
Can I have a stemmed wine glass or flute ?
YES! I know some brides personally like stemmed glasses better than stemless glasses!
I can make any design you see in my shop on a stemmed glass or flute. Please just include this request in the notes to seller box at checkout along with the names or design needed.
Stemmed wine glasses hold 15 oz. (same as stemless)
Stemmed champagne glasses hold 6 oz. (stemless flute holds 8.5 oz)

HELP! I put in the wrong address and need to update it.
No worries, we can update your address! No need to cancel the order. Just send us a message within 24 hours of placing your order and we will update on our end!
Once package has shipped, we cannot update the address and therefore cannot reship the item until it has been returned back to us. We will reach out to you immediately upon receiving the returned package to discuss reshipping :)
