Custom pillow and blanket orders are designed by us in house and our printing partner will handle the printing and ship the item directly to the shipping address you provided.

***They do not allow us to add a gift note so please let the recipient know it's from you! 🙂within 10 business days or sooner. Please note that these items may not arrive before Christmas.

However, all bodysuits are processed and shipped by us within 1–2 business days, with delivery timelines depending on USPS. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing significant delays with USPS recently. While we make every effort to ensure quick processing on our end, once the package is in USPS's hands, we have no control over their transit times.

We kindly ask that you provide usable images for any custom orders. Please ensure the image is clear, high-quality, and meets the design requirements. Delays may occur if the image provided is not suitable for processing.

We understand how frustrating delays can be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Occasionally, USPS experiences issues with misrouted packages or processing delays, which can impact delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy season.

USPS is currently experiencing significant volume increases due to Holiday season and heightened shipping demand. To manage these challenges, shipping carriers has implemented temporary process adjustments, which may impact delivery timelines:

Skipped Scans: To prioritize the movement of packages, some initial scans may be skipped. As a result, the first scan may not appear until later in the delivery process, often at a local processing center or delivery unit.

Manual Sorting: With automatic sorting machines under heavy strain, USPS is relying more on manual sorting to keep operations running smoothly.

While these adjustments are common during peak periods, they may cause the pre-transit phase to seem longer than usual.

What to Expect:

Despite these changes, packages will still be processed and delivered as expected.
For the most accurate delivery updates, your customer’s local post office will have the latest information.
