Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of letterpress, I am not taking custom or personalized printing orders. If you would like a price on a custom pack (ie 3, 6, 12+ cards of your own pick mix) please contact me.
Shipping Policies
Orders ship 3-5 business days of receiving the order.
Happy Finch Studio is not responsible for any carrier delays or damage, not are we responsible for failed deliveries (eg. USPS tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find it due to where USPS placed it or theft) or returned deliveries. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure place for mail to be delivered to.
Please check your mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when to expect it. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance.
