Here are Happy Folk we believe in spreading love through design and making an impact without having an impact! All our prints are created using archival paper that is made to last! Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and beautifully wrapped in sustainable twine! We are proud to be plastic free!
We are now dispatching our prints less frequently but your print will still be dispatched within 1-5 days after your purchase!

Custom and personalised orders
Once your purchase has been created we get started on your order!
I will send a proof image to your account once the drawing is completed within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. I will only print and ship when approval is received from you.
Once you have placed your order and I have received your photo, please allow up to 2 weeks for drawing time and shipping.
If your order is digital only it will be sent to your email address. For physical and digital your digital file will be sent after the item is posted
Need the drawing quicker?
You can choose the digital file option which can be sent to you within 1 day after proof approval.
*Please still ensure you allow 3-5 business days for drawing time before receiving the proof ima
How quickly will I receive my print?
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. If your item does not arrive because of this unfortunately we can not refund your items.

For prints: We aim to dispatch our orders within 1-2 working days! If we are able to post on the weekend we try to with the hope your order will get to you sooner!
UK Delivery- 1-3 days, please allow up to a week due to COVID circumstances
Europe- 3-5 working days, please allow up to 2 weeks due to COVID circumstances
Everywhere else- 6-7 working days, please allow up to a month as some parcels are taking around 28 days to arrive due to COVID, particularly to the US
Please contact us if your item has not arrived within 28 days
Care instructions
Our prints are on 230gsm Archival Matte paper which can warp if stored in damp places.
Keep your print indoors in a dry environment, out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme temperatures
If you are framing, it is best to do so as soon as you receive your print, or store in a place that keeps it flat and undamaged!
Gift wrapping and packaging
For an extra £1.00 at checkout you can add the option for gift wrapping! We will wrap your print in brown paper and can add a personalised message if also requested at checkout (this is free!)
You can select the delivery name and address to be for the person receiving the gift if you would like to send it directly to them!
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please get in touch with us and we can resolve it!
If you would like to exchange your order once it has arrived the cost of delivery will need to be paid for.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. If the item does not arrive as a consequence, unfortunately we can not refund you however please get in touch and we can try and arrange somet thing for you!
