Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item, attaching a photo to illustrate the issue. Doing so will allow us to promptly address the concern and rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to cancel your order, update your address, or make a change to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchasing your item. Once your item is in production, changes and cancellations can no longer be made. It is your responsibility to verify your information is correct before placing your order. HappyLittleLemonCo will not offer replacements or refunds for ordering the wrong size or shipping to the wrong address.

What type of print is this?
We partner with a printing company who uses Direct-to-Garment printing. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a modern printing method that allows our partner to print our custom designs directly onto textiles, such as T-shirts, using advanced inkjet technology. Using this technique, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment's surface and are absorbed by the product's fibers. This process produces high-quality, vibrant prints that are soft to the touch and durable. While all textile printing will weather over time, proper washing and drying according to the care instructions can help ensure that the prints remain vibrant and intact longer.
Why does my shirt smell?
DTG garments can sometimes have a slight, distinct vinegar-like odor, which is a by-product of the printing process, and the smell will disappear completely after one wash.
When will my order ship?
Our printing partner may take up to five business days to produce our items. We hold your order for at least 12 hours before sending to production to allow for customer changes to be made. Order's placed after 2:00 p.m. cst on Friday will be sent to production on Monday. Your tracking number will be updated on your order once the label is created and will ship out once the carrier picks it up (not always the same day as label is created).
