India - Indian Post Office may apply extra cost under their decision
As effective from Jan 1, 2026, we will send all packages by e-express thru
Hong Kong Post Office that is not required signature. If you don't have a safe mailbox for package deposit, please discuss with the shop owner in prior to your order placement. Because the compensation would only subject to the declaimer by your Post Office. We will not be able to offer you any reimbursement if your Post Office declared package delivered while you didn't receive.
Due to tax issue, we will send all packages to USA thru DealerSend.

We also offer refund if there is saving of actual postage/packaging fee after package submission if most of items combined are of light weight.
Shop Policy:
All the packages we are to send by registered mail with tracking# provided. If you can't receive it in 3 weeks, please kindly contact your Post Office directly to obtain the status and convo us if any further query. All packages undelivered in 30 days will be returned to Hong Kong. We will refund you the product cost except the postage fee due to this unclaimed.
Return Policy:
If any packages received with damage or missing parts, we would need photo to be provided within the day of receipt for the claim and discussion of return/reimbursement. If the items are from Log-on and Traveler's Company, the return policy would subject to their policy.
For protect customer interest and ensure the product quality, we will only accept returns due to damage or factory defects. No return is accepted due to personal interest or non-expectation.
NO RETURN will be accepted after 3 days of receipt.
