We ship on time, every time with USPS tracking.
What happens if the US Post Office marks your package as Delivered but it never arrived?
Unfortunately, we do not reimburse for lost packages. ALL of our packages have tracking numbers. We do not refund or replace packages that go missing. Etsy's Buyer Protection Program is designed to cover the loss of packages.
Can we ship to a different address then the one on file with Etsy?
No. We only ship to the address on file with Etsy. Please do not ask us to change the address you would like your package shipped to. This invalidates Etsy's Purchase Protection Program so your purchase would no longer qualify. Instead, ask us to cancel your order so you can repurchase using the correct shipping address.
