The lid was intact, but the bowl was broken during shipping. It was bubble wrapped all round, but possibly broke due to excessive movement during shipping. The seller was kind to offer a refund even though it wasn't necessary, nor their fault. Five stars for being considerate and going out of their way for the sake of customer satisfaction.
